About Us

Enterprise Tracking & Control Limited is an Irish Company based in Dublin offering training, expertise and software solutions in all matters related to Lean and Six Sigma Business Improvement Programmes.

The company have implemented lean programmes with a wide variety of clients in the manufacturing and service sectors. All ETAC associates have extensive lean knowledge and many years of practical experience as Six Sigma Black Belts, Programme Managers and Lean Practitioners in many different industries in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA.

Our lean consultants can advise on the use of relevant lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5s, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Poka Yoke, Kanban & Pull Systems.

ETAC provide a wide range of Six Sigma and Lean training programmes. The company has been responsible for the training of over 200 Six Sigma and Lean practitioners including project support for projects that have delivered over €6,000,000 in hard financial benefits for our clients. In addition to project support ETAC has assisted companies in the rollout of their continuous improvement programmes by assisting with communications, development of strategic objectives, and identification of opportunities for improvement as well as project management and benefit tracking strategies.
