“The best teachers are those who show you where to look but don’t tell you what you see” — Alexandra K. Trenfor

Update – LeanPlus Offer – March, 2018

Most EI clients are eligible to apply for up to 3 LeanPlus programmes.

There should be a clear progression path in the applications. After 2 LeanPlus programmes, a company should be ready to take a more company wide approach to lean with a view towards LeanTransform.

In the case of smaller companies with smaller employee numbers, a company could apply for lower funding level transform (funding between 70K and 150K). 3 LeanPlus programmes in a row would be difficult to support.

Assignments will not exceed a total project cost of €100,000.

Maximum of 3 internal project champions per application.

Internal project champion costs MUST NOT EXCEED external trainer consultancy costs.

Support for a maximum of €50,000 expenditure (maximum of 250 days, with a maximum of 100 days per internal project champion, at a maximum daily rate of €200).
