Steve leads the operation at ETAC. Steve has over 20 years of Operations Management experience in multi-national organisations and a background in Engineering. ETAC was born out of Steve’s belief that people can significantly improve their processes with the right training and guidance. He has supported process improvement in all sectors including manufacturing, retail, legal and financial services, logistics and healthcare. His approach is to coach rather than direct, which leads to continually learning new applications of process improvement from the different teams. He is passionate about creating better, simpler business solutions and challenges himself to help individuals adapt process improvement thinking into their specific area of work every day.

John provides consultancy, training and mentoring to companies on business process improvement. With a background in Engineering and operations, using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve business performance from the perspective of all stakeholders, he has recently mentored improvement projects in R&D, Manufacturing, Printing, Engineering, Retail & Service, Legal and Chemicals sectors.

Dave is an experienced Senior Operations Management professional and Lean Operations Practitioner with a keen commercial sense. Before beginning as a consultant in 2007, he held a number of full time roles based in UK/Irl, the USA and Singapore. He has a strong track record in change management and the business transformation, with outcomes that demonstrate a capacity to deliver change through people and processes with a highly developed and practical approach to problem solving. His specialties include: Lean Six Sigma Deployment and Engagement. Project Management, Change Management, DMAIC, Kaizen, Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Process Mapping

Carmelo Cordaro

Carmelo Cordaro is a Six Sigma Coach and Mentor who focuses on simplifying the tools available to a team and assists in their application process improvement. He has worked with a significant number of teams, delivering operational improvements and in improving customer experience – including Arvato (Microsoft), Bank of America Merill Lynch and Xerox in project support and training.

ABOUT

ETAC was established in 2006 to bring automated solutions to organisations weighed down with mountains of paperwork. Our idea was to bring workflow tracking from our electronics background to new sectors, starting with medical devices.
We soon realised that businesses in this highly regulated sector were unlikely to invest in a relatively new system designed by a new start up from Dublin.
However, our lean approach to workflow and understanding process led to revenue-generating project work and training engagements for our new business.
It took a while to realise that our new product was our training and mentoring approach.
