To help organisations develop their operational excellence capability.

ETAC was established in 2006 to bring automated solutions to organisations weighed down with mountains of paperwork. Our idea was to bring workflow tracking from our electronics background to new sectors, starting with medical devices.
We soon realised that businesses in this highly regulated sector were unlikely to invest in a relatively new system designed by a new start up from Dublin.
However, our lean approach to workflow and understanding process led to revenue-generating project work and training engagements for our new business.
It took a while to realise that our new product was our training and mentoring approach.

Our goal is to engage and develop the capability of your staff to improve your operational processes.
