“The man who makes no mistakes does not usually make anything”. — E.J. Phelps
Kaizen is a philosophy that focuses on continuous improvement. First we need to recognise all businesses as a series of processes. Then we need to recognise the process experts as those who are involved in the process. This programme provides a structure to help the experts to continuously improve their process.
Who should attend?
Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and personnel involved in Process Improvement.
People at all levels of an organisation can participate.
Typically, a Kaizen team involves a small group in improving their own work environment and productivity.
“I found the skills I acquired from partaking in the programme significantly helped me to improve one of my biggest weaknesses…planning and organising” — Caoimhe, Solicitor
