Programme OutlineProgramme

  1. Programme Outline n Define scope of the assessment. n ETAC facilitate the completion of the contextual assessment of the business with an internal team (typically half day). n A ‘Winning Measures’ assessment is completed with the Finance team. n The data is benchmarked on the databases and analysed by the ETAC team. n A summary report is produced and feedback given to the business on day 2. n An action plan is agreed with process improvement goals.
